Thrift Club at UF's mission is to provide a community for students who share a passion for thrifting, upcycling, repurposing, and learning about/advocating for slow fashion. You will frequently see us around Gainesville and UF at our well-loved Thrift Swaps, enjoying Krishna in Plaza of the Americas, and of course - thrifting!

We do acknowledge the privilege that comes with the choice to thrift. As an organization, we strive to promote intentional, second-hand shopping. Second-hand consumption is a great way to live sustainably if you are able to! However, recent trends with thrifting have increased prices, making second-hand shopping less accessible. We are constantly growing and learning as a club in order to foster a community of conscious consumers.
